THE MENDERI PLATFORM
The Menderi platform is being developed to connect device models and build information, AI prototyping, project workspaces, and crowdfunding in one accessible pathway from an unmet need to a buildable project.

PLATFORM OVERVIEW
One project can move from source parts and models through assisted design, structured collaboration, public support, and fabrication—then return useful models and build information to the Library.
Search an aggregated catalog of assistive technology models, parts, geometries, source links, license information, and build instructions where available. The Library will draw from hardware and mechanical vendor repositories, 3D-printing platforms, VFX libraries, and projects developed through The Menderi.
Describe or upload what you need through text, voice, images, drawings, 2D CAD, or 3D files. Mendr AI is designed to search for matching components, propose connections and assemblies, and prepare preliminary OBJ and STL outputs for refinement and fabrication.
Coming in 2027
Move from discussion into a structured project workspace. Discord will support open conversation, while Menderi workspaces will organize approved projects, roles, files, decisions, tasks, documentation, and links to technical repositories when needed.

Give promising assistive technology projects a place to gather public support. Funding models will vary by project, with The Menderi serving as platform host and an optional design, fabrication, or project-management partner.

FROM FILE TO FABRICATION
Digital output is not the finish line. A user may download a project package for an independent fabricator, request professional handoff through The Menderi, or continue development with the Community. Completed projects can return models and build information to the Library where licensing and participant consent allow.
